Ten power ups seem like a lot until the player realizes that some of them repeat the function and just have different looks when they are obtained. With barrels scattered around the track, players can run over them to obtain one of ten power ups available in-game. Players ride on everything from donkeys and horses to the Big Bad Wolf himself. The rides themselves, however, do look decent and are fairly creative, since none of them are actually cars. Because of the odd view, some of the characters featured in the game are almost deemed useless, because the player is unable to make out who they are racing against, as their rides seem to be multiple times larger than the racers, overshadowing them and making them seem as if they are tiny blobs that should be wiped from the screen.
